WHO WE ARE

We are a WWII reenactment group, and what we do here is strictly apolitical.

7./IR53 was founded in 2019 in China with more than 30 members now (regular+temporary) all over China, from the very south to the extreme north.

Most of our founding members were former members of a North American or European-based reenactment group or settling in the United States or Europe who had participated in real reenactment activities before.

And we’re the only unit in China who were able to do that.

Respect for every part of the history is our priority. In our events, the participants will understand how German/Soviet soldiers were trained to fight, and how they lived their leisure days during the Great War. And they get a chance to experience that themselves.

Due to social pressure, all pictures will have covered faces to protect individual privacy. Thank you for your understanding!
